Condition

The warranty is not valid if the battery is entered water, or damaged by man-made, or used over-power/ over-voltage, or if it is damaged due to incorrect operation, or if it's over-warranty time.

Whenever has any problem (including above problem or over-warranty), you also can contact us to provide relative details and we will help or provide suggestion.

3. If ship from China, All batteries send by battery special channel, the tracking information will be updated once it finish customs clearance. Please kindly don't worry and help to wait more days if you can't track it.
